First of all is going to be my first cell phone and I barely know stuff to this.

* I want to use one with pre paid card (no contract or **** like this)
* I want to make a custom MP3 as Ringtone
* I don't **** money so far so try to get the cheaper one (can probably afford around 150-200$)
* If phone can afect the reception just suggest a good one

I live in Northern Alberta, Canada (Grande Prairie for be more precisly)

I don't know which compagny did I want but I sureley doesn;t want Bell or Telus. Bell cause they are too dumb and try to screw me up too much when I was in Quebec and Telus cause I doesn't have a good service since I was there.

What Did I've learned so far is then Nokia seem to be more easy to trick up for eeing able to use multitude of card and sound so far the best choice but since I doesn't know too much about that just want to have some advice

Thanx and well... you guess english is only my second language so sorry if is hard to understand.

I would say that a good idea would be the Sharp V801SH. It's actually pretty cheap, and supports MP3 (but it has to be converted with SD-Jukebox). It has most of what you asked for, but it doesn't come with service so you can get any GSM prepaid service available (I think that means Rogers for you then) by just buying a SIM card.

I don't know what network you're gonna be using, but if its gsm I would recommend the Nokia 6230b or the Moto E398

thanx for the info. Well at first I doesn't know what GSM is but since is sound nice is would be good but the Sharp already do this kind of stuff (UMTS / GSM 900 / GSM 1800 / GSM 1900) but well going to check for this 3 phone in store and going to make my choice but the sharp seem to be very atractive since , if I understand well, is not locked to any SIM card which give me the plenty of choice to choose witch one (I think virgin Mobile is available in my Area too).

Virgin mobile Canada is CDMA only and you have to use the phones that they offer
