Newbie here. Okay, here is what I have.
-brand new razr v3c from verizon.
-the proper usb cable
-motorola phone tools 4.04
-pc sees phone as motorola modem
-phone sees pc.
Problem is, MPT only lists sync, backup/restore, and phone book as options. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to "drag over" any wallpapers or ringtones, which is what I am aiming to do. Any ideas besides using bluetooth? My pc does not have bluetooth capabilities.

verizon has disabled, those features, so you have to download then and pay for them, within their network.
a sad way to make money.

with bluetooth? (i could drop the dough and add bluetooth to my pc.) or, am i just "s.o.l." as they say?

the phones bluetooth profile has been locked., so transfer ringtones and pictures is not possible.
