I got a new V3c yesterday. MPT any version will not allow picture transfers or ring tones.I set to V3cm in tools was able to transfer contacts and addresses using this profile, When I tried to transfer pctures I recieved Unable to communicate, and kicked the phone off MPT. All Icons are showing in MPT.

My Last Vc3 1/06 vintage worked fine.
Current Phone Build date 2/24/06
Is this due to software version GATW_01.OF.03. Is there a work around?

To Keep it short. I can now transfer pictures and ring tones using MPT.4.04
Seem edit takes care of the problem. (6a bit 0=1). Flash back to software version .02 if you want all the olds features. Hope this saves some diging.

i have the exact same problem and i realize i have to do a seem edit or somthin but i need help on how i should go about doing a seem edit so i can get those features enabled on my phone

what did you do to get your phone to get all the features enabled
