Can I just say that I work in a market where we have some ARSM and HR personnel that just don't know the Cingular code of business conduct.....The ARSM sent out the SAM report for the entire market....lets just say the list had names of retail sales consultants on it that are still employed by cingular wireless but being terminated asap.....I wonder what the ethics people would say about this.....I can post the report if anyone would like to see it.

What are you asking?? How about using English?? If you are suggesting posting any list of employee names for any reason, it would be an ethics violation without doubt.

If you feel there is a violation of the CBD, then report it to the ethics hotline, or HR, as they probably don't know the ARSM sent it out to everyone.

Did you put a cover sheet on the TPS report? If not, it's probably a COBC violation.

I tried to print the new cover sheet, but every time I did I got "PC Load Letter".

Well I got the TPS cover sheet to print out but when I went to put it on my report some idiot took my stapler.. Gonna go burn this place down!

Why post something like that on here? There are employees full names on there and don't need to be gawked at on this forum.
That sam list is not accurate anyway. Last month I had over 90 adds (45 is my goal) and hit my feature and accessory quota's. I was still on that list. A few months ago I hit all 4 goals and again was on the list.

By the way, the ethics violation here would be you spreading those lists outside of the workplace.
