I have an unlcoked ROKR E1 and I dont have he right band for the cingular service in my town. I think I need 850 and I have 1900 and 900/1800. So how will I do this? I know nothing about flashing so fill me in. thanks

If you want it easy, go get XLR8's guide to flashing. Then find a cingular monsterpack.

I don't know much about the ROKR E1, but could be more easier if you edit the 0025_0001 SEEM and 0171_0001 SEEM, that works with V3,V180,V150,V220,V30x,V400,V500,V525,V600,v620,E3 80,C650.

I say again i don't know mucho about ROKR E1.

Try this to enable bands on E1 ROKR. I tried on mine and it works.

SEEM 0025_0001 > offset 00
bit 0, bit 3 to enable band 900/1800 and 1900 (set each of these bits to 1)
bit 0, bit 1, bit 3 to enable band 850/1900 and 900/1800 (set each of these bits to 1)
bit 0, bit 2, bit 3 to enable band 850/1900 and 900 (set each of these bits to 1)
