Nextel 7100i IM+ and Ramble download trouble

Hi I am trying to download IM+ 3rd party application. When I load it on via BB desktop manager, when I go to click on the icon it freezes on the icon and I dont get any further.
I tried Ramble as well ultimatly I want AOL or AIM, when I try to sign on it tells me 'Invalid Connection String:
Please help

Right now i think nextel is having a problem with their data service. Ramble has worked perfectly for me up until this past sunday when i constantly get the same error you have.
