Was i reading right , when i saw on the WWW.HELLOMOTO.COM site that software or updates will be downloadable to your MOTO phone online? Did this mean we can get latest versions or edits direct from MOTO? Anyone have any info?

I don't know about that because your provider has to put their blocks on the phone when they edit the firmware. Some providers let you download the latest "edited" versions of firmware like t-mobile while others just let you stay years behind the times like Cingular.
