ok heres the deal.i want to install a few programs but the phone wont let me.it goes straight to "installlation of ___ was unsuccessful" the funny thing is i installed it before and now it doesnt work.ok,so i try other programs and try to install directly from phone,same thing.now the wierdest thing,when i go to remove programs in system settings,theres nothing there!!!but all of my programs are in the program folder and they work fine.WTF is going on my 8125?!?!please help.thanx

Wow, definitely something not right there. Best bet is try a hard reset to see if that corrects the issue before you load too much stuff on there.

Hard Reset will restore it to the way it was when you first turned the phone on.
