Problem detecting ROKR - Malfunction

The problem is that i've installed the driver for my ROKR, at first the pc was recognising it but when trying to backup it suddenly it doesn't recognise it. Trying to unplug and plug again my ROKR but it still doesn't recognise it and still says Malfunction, device unknown. I've also tried reinstalling the driver but still nothing happens. So i can't do anything even backup my ROKR. What should i do?

Did you go into device manager in pc and uninstall the driver? ( right click on my computer-properties-hardware-device manager.. Then find the driver and right click it, then select "uninstall". After you do that try to put the usb cable into a different usb port.

I've tried that and it still doesn't work.
