iDen phonebook to Razr???

I uploaded my phonebook from my i95cl and want to download it to my Razr. I tried using MPT to import the phonebook but it keeps telling me it can't open the .MDB file. I don't think it'll work anyway because the files are formatted differently. The table attributes are different...
Is there a way to do this? Conversion program??

Not that I am aware of..... it would be like trying to get a GSM phone to "talk" to a CDMA phone.

Two different formats, I have tried before with obviously NO success.
