3GP for V3 video problem

Hello Modders
I will make this short
I used WEB CAM to record a 5-6 seconds movie, and I realize it's in AVI format. Then I convert to 3GP. Then use BOTH MPT and BLUETOOTH to transfer to my V3 silver T-mobile. However, the viedo look like CR*P. and the sound S*CK. I don't know what the problem is, I guest maybe because the BITRATE or something like that (I'm not a TECH guy )
So, can anyone help me please
