I would say no, not normal. This simplist way to answer this question is google for a review of the cell phone in questiion, they usually have pics taken with the phones they review, but here are two pictures taken by an E1, I do not see green around the corners in either.

Hello, thank you for your reply, i have searched and have found nothing with the green edges. Do you want an example of the pictures, if so how do i post pictures as it is too large to attach. Thank you.

Sure, post some, the easiest way I find is to post it with ImageShack http://imageshack.us/ and then just use one of the forum hotlinks and insert into your reply.

Hi hopefully this works, as you can hopefully see there is a green haze around the corners of the picture. Thank you again for the quick reply.

Yes, thats pretty bad and not normal, if you are really worried about it take it back (if you can). I don't know what T-Mobile is like but they might replace it for you, depending on how long ago you bought it. You might want to take some comparision pictures, so choose a similar landscape is in the review pictures I showed you and then bring them in with you as well.

Thank you, i got this as a christmas present so fingers crossed they will repair it or swap it with another. Thank you for the swift reply.

Good luck, my figures are crossed for you, I'm sure T-Mobile won't be too dumb about it.

its seems as if it got 2 close 2 magnet or sumthin of that matter

Hi thank you again for the replies, i am very careful with my phone and i would certainly keep it away from any magnets, however my brother does have some powerfull magnets. This problem though has been on going for a while. i will take it in and let you know what happens. Thank you.

Whilst looking at the camera i have noticed that it is off centre, could this be causing it.
Posted by: EChid
hmm, I doubt it, I'm not quite sure I know what you mean.
Posted by: Rlwhittle
Ok, When you look at the back of the phone in the hole where the camera is, the lens seems to be off centre.
Posted by: EChid
I don't think that should be a problem, but in any case, its faulty hardware and you should get T-Mobile to replace it.

I have been in to where i bought the phone and they have said they will send it of for repair, however i will be having this done after my holidays. I will let you know if the problem is fixed. Thank you for your help.

I'm new to all of this, and pretty dang proud of myself already. I successfully flashed my phone on Sunday, and tonight I solved the problem as to why my Rokr E1's camera was freezing(this was prior to the software mod) my phone every time I tried to use it!
The transflash card that I had in the phone was bad. I simply bought a new card for the purpose of having more memory for iTunes. I tried using the camera again, and whatta ya know? It worked! I put the old card back in and of course my phone froze. New card is all it took...and I was ready to give up!
