My Team is being trained for orange starting april This is great once I complete my orange training I wont have to "Deal" with orange reps that agrivate me and i wont have to transfer my cust to reps that dont like doing their Job!!!!!!

I'm assuming sometime we'll go orange with all the accounts being converted. some people talk about becoming siebel support, but that doesn't really amke sense. and what happened to those guys in SST? I used to get mutliple calls from them in a day...now it's once a month.

I heard they converted them all to Orange reps already.

What really ground my gears about SST is that they did maybe a quarter of my job, but got double the money with the exchange rate...

converted people or account? I know what you mean about sst. I'd have them call about something and i'm telling them they can do that themselves.

I'd like to get into ANS, but as far as i know they're only in bothell...far, far away.

This was before the conversion, so they went straight to Cingular (Orange) CS. I remember one of them saying they were SST half the day and Orange CS the other half.

Of course, one of them said they were getting Siebel training, and I highly doubt that...

As far as I know there are ANS teams in Paramus, Orlando and Austin as well.

Regina call center No paycut no increase but I dont have to do surveys after training and no more migrations or talking cust through programming on the nightmarish moto v60's!!!!

And PMC is in Atlanta.

Hey, Stevea, if you're interested in working for RIM, they have certification classes available that you can take online. My company pays for the classes for us if we want them, you might see if Cingular will do the same for you or check into the prices yourself to see if it's worth it to ya.

thanks. Id don't know. I'm sure my company knows RIM is coming, so i don't think they'll be funding any RIM eduaction

it's pretty expensive.
