i sold mine about 5 months ago since i couldnt stand the camera, and went back with my w800i. i found that the cam took terrible pics when moving, always all all all blurry. i really didnt feel like carrying a tripod around so got rid of it.

Maybe you need shaking pills. It's as easy as any regular camera.

mine works fine, low light club shots seem to be at par with my w900...but I do think I know what u mean

No it isn't. Definately need to stay steady until the pic is taken, or it'll come out blurred.

seriously, itz still a phone, if u want superior quality in take pics, get a freakin digital camara, 903 is in itz own RANK of high quality picture taking mobile phone, of cuz when u move it get blurry, give it time for the suto focus to set in, i find the digital camara on my 903 outstanding, i don;t get why people say they like other's camara phone better then a 903, to me i think 903 is the best camara phone

does the phone have autofocus? gsmarena doesn't say 903 has autofocus but it does for 904, and everybody's sayin the camera's the same for both phones....so I'll assume there's autofocus...

In which case...does it just not work or what?

the 903 and 904 has the same camera and yes it does have auto focus only difference with the 904 thats more outstanding is it's VGA screen and 20 mgs internal mem

and also...I've been wondering...what is the swivel screen used for? Is that like a digicam mode? If it is, how do you navigate through camera options and such?

the white phone is sharp 903
swivel screen is used for when you want to take pictures, you flip the screen back and down and take pictures like a real digital camera.... or i just flip mine down when i'm not using it, when ppl call i can see the caller ID picture, or u can do it when you watch movies... <-- lol i'm talking about the 903 as if i still had it... siggh.... using my awsome inno 90 >_<

great in outdoor and the places that have enough light

bad if you take picture in a dark place(not complete dark place)

but it is still the best in it's class right now

btw, i wouldn't even want to get 904sh now..
the changes they made is just too little from 903 to 904

listen to the ppl here that say good things about the camera on this phone....
all true...
3.2 mpp and 2X optical zoom schools many phones out there...
there are SIX lenses in this phone... 5 of which are glass...

as for the bad things (prone to blurryness)
it's caused by lack of image stablizer (something that most real D. cams have)

(grainier night shots)
ya, it's a bit grainy...
is it due to lack of light?
the LED flash is good enough to light up dark rooms...
i've had no problems taking a pic of my bro in a completely dark room with it and taking pic of friends in a dark karaoke room...

buying a car that doesn't have ABS/trac control doesn't mean it will perform badly... just depends on the user...
same with 903... just have to be a bit patient is all...
