motorola I850 sim card reader

Hi my girlfriend just purchased a Motorola I850 and she uses Nextel as a phone company. I would like to give her a new gadget called "SIM CARD READER". This USB device allows to read the sim card and edit it with a computer.As far as I know it can be used with GSM phones. I would like to know if someone has used anything like this and if it can be used on I850 Motorola. Any help will be appreciated.

havent seen much about a sim card reader for nextel sim's. but it worth a try....
