Question about Recruiter test

I just finshed taken the test the Recruiter sent me. The problem is now that is saying that I have to send my Resume in now to finsh and to wait for the page to load. well it has been over an hour and the page has not refreshed or move on. Does this mean I have to start over on the test or did they already recive my test.
