i have mobile phone tools and i connect to my phone and i can connect to the internet through my phone and make calls from my computer and stuff. but nothing in the multimedia section works. like transferring ringotnes,images,videos, etc. it says can not connect to phone. pleaseeee help anyone. thank you.

mpt will not let you transfer mutimedia to do that all you need to do is use the software that came with the phone and the datat cord that it came with also. if you want full directions i can give you how to guide about doing it

i know how to transfer all my multimedia without mPT. and my phone came with no software. and yes.. you can trasfer your multimedia with mPT. why else would they put it on there?

i just wanted to try mPT to see if it was any easier

YES you CAN transfer multimedia using MPT.

now, i had the same problem. i ended up uninstalling BT and MPT. After reinstalling BT again, install MPT. THEN pair the phone using MPT and not BT-Explorer. BT seems to get confused sometimes when trying to pair the same phone, so only do it through MPT.

what software came with your slider. i have alltel and the only thing i got was the usb drivers

i have Alltel and i only got the drivers also. is there any other programs i can use? did Alltel disable the Bluetooth?

alltel did not disable BT.

the MPT program is for sale at kyocera's website, or you can get it online for free if you do a search. under the forum rules, i am not allowed to post links, but it is online if you do a proper search.
