Hello everyone
I have a motorola V400 and a cable. Am I able to do data transfer on my phone and download ringtones? If yes, what do I need?

go to motomodders.net. It's free to register. They have p2k software that will let you transfer ringtones and wallpaper to your phone as well as let you edit seems and flash the firmware on your phone.

I must be missing something. Isn't moto V400 opened already? Do I have to seem edit it? if yes, how? I know how to seem edit V710. Do I use the same sofware to seem edit V400?
I thought V400 is already opened
