My voicemail icon won't go away. I have used the phone to check messages repeatedly, and performed two soft resets. The icon is still there.

Any suggestions?

If you haven't already tried this, get on a land line and call your phone. Leave a voice mail and then on your cell phone go in and listen to it and then delet it. This usually clears it up for me when I encounter this.
