I just got a used motorola V220 phone that was with virgin mobile and I'm with Rogers. I talked to rogers and they sent me the rogers settings and I still don't get my web browser. Can Anyone Help Me With This?

Check your Web Sessions menu as you may still have Virgin set as default. If you have your Rogers settings there then change default to Rogers WAP.

I bought an unlocked razr in the UK with virgin carrier and cannot browse the web with my Fido agreement in Canada. I have been given all of the web settings by Fido, and motorolla has said there's nothing they can do - that the software specific to one carrier is not always compatible with others. So basically I'm SOL according to FIDO and Moto. I can't believe that's the final result - should Moto not be required to advertise or advise of this before any purchase as it's basically a defect in the product and renders an unlocked phone useless (or limits its capability which sort of defeats the purpose of paying so much for the phone to begin with...). Any advice on something further I can do to connect? Any advice at all - HELP! Frusterated!

Ok i just went and got the right phone so its all good now thanks for the help
