This threads idea camed when I'v bought last week the Resident evil 2 DVD and i'v noticed that in one of the sequnces a p800 appears. So the threads idea is to post the movie name, short description of the sequence where the phone is, and maybe some screen shots and the type of the phone p800/900/910. Currently i'm at work so i don't have the screen shots with me but i will post them.

1. Resident Evil 2 - p800 - when the 2 remaining STARS troopers ar called by the guy who created the virus to find hes doughter.

2. Flight on the Phoenix - p800 - after the crash the business man trys to call the firm with a p800.

3. James Bond - p800 - The japanes bad guy has one.

4. ?????? - p800 - it's a movie with Tia Career when she is a doc. and she is followod by a psiho. ( i'v seen only 5 min from this movie)

...and why does Will Smith flip the dialpad to hang up and to answer calls in the movie. Maybe just for cinematics?

Posted by: JusWannaGroove

I don't know. I never had the privilage of using a p800. Is it possible to answer and end calls using the flip? At any rate, from what I remember the phone was p800 "blue". I'll watch the movie again when I get home from work today. I'm not being defensive. I am just anal about details.

The flip doesn't have that functionality. You just hit a button to answer the call. haha...Poor Will Smith being laughed at by SE fans.

OK guys found an other movie. Just saw it yesterday on TV.
House of Fury - Hong Kong martaial arts fight movie. One of the kids has a p900 or p910. I'm not sure because didn't payed to much atention when the sequnce was. If you click the link on the picture you will notice a sequence when some "kids" sit in front of a computer thats when the phone appears. http://www.lovehkfilm.com/reviews_2/house_of_fury.htm

hey i remember one of the splinter cell games had the p900 in it. when you went to the info screen everything was displayed on the p900. thats what made me look into the phone and finally purchase the p910a. so i guess the ad worked SE got my 900 cad and it was well worth it.

Posted by: dragonlord

Cool!!! There are even games with these phones! Nice tip man!

Wirelessly posted (Why Am I Mr. Pink?: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows CE; Sprint:PPC-6700; PPC; 240x320))

I don't think Sam Fisher uses a Pxxx at any point he did use a "palm pilot" in a few though.

OK heres a new one... I was channel surfing and accidentally catched a sequence from Nip/Tuck (TV Series). The wife of one of the doctors has a P800. ( it was something about they'r son who had a threesome and they wanted to call the girls parents... or something).

P900 or P910... can't say exactly. You can see it only from the side, and the only sure thing is the Irda on the side so it has to be one of these to.

OK here's a new one: "Covert One: The Hades Factor"

Here's the IMDB link: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0493327/

One of the CIA(FBI?) agents is using a P800, while he is talking to the main character after his feyonce dies.

Does Jamie Oliver count? I saw him abusing a P910 on the telly the other night.

I thought they search the web on a W850i

Posted by: dragonlord

It seems that in Nip/Tuck they use the P800 regularly because I just saw another sequence with the boy talking on the P800.

Also in Wheeler dealers on Discovery, Ed tunes up a Lexus 400 with a wifi handsfree and he is using a P990 (i guess... because only that one has wifi) to test it.

Posted by: dragonlord

OK. Just saw this trailer: Vantage point
http://www.imdb.com/video/trailer/me706536451/

ther is a 910 if I'm correct in one of the sequences.

In Casino Royale, when Bond and the rest first go down to the casino to enter there passwords into the bank account machine, the P990i is being used as a modem.
