8125 pie quit using wifi?

i dont know what happened today, but now when I connect to wifi on pie i get this.
Thing is that this worked up until today and opera will work fine at the same time this is happening. i like opera but it freezes a lot for me.

Just figured out it works fine if i uncheck use proxy for media net. why does it use those settings? also, why cant i check the setting for my other connections saying they connect to internet. it will remove the check if i go back into the proxy settings.
