Returning 8125 After ROM Upgrade ?

Hey All,

Here is a situation and I need your help...

I upgraded my 8125 to the new i-Mate ROM then reverted back to its original Cingular ROM and Radio ROM. Only thing that I wasnt able to change was the very initial splash images of HTC. This image only shows up for a split second before switching to the Cingular Splash I am bit worried and here is why...

I had to exchange my XBM due to some issues but I am afraid that they will charge me for the phone because I had modified the ROM on the phone.

How does Cingular handle this ? Did I just void the warranty ? I just dont want to be charged just because I had upgraded my ROM.

Please help me.

It probibly wont matter.

You could just say it came that way. They have no way of knowing if it did or didnt, unless THEY were the ones that got it working for you.

It shouldnt matter. But then again i dont know.

the cingular branded device splashes nothing else. Odds are no one will notice so you get a gold start for fibbing

I hope so because if they squabble about the initial flash screen and look into the phone, i would be in deep sh...

has anyone returned their 8125 modded yet ?
