if not, you can always just tell them (talk to a manager, not some dumbazz) that it's the third one to mess up, you need something else....have all your numbers for different phones ready....prices and whatnot. so you can give them the reasons why you should get phone A instead of phone B. and tell them you will just leave and go to another company if not.
