8125 Interrupts Computer Internet Connection

I love my 8125 so far. Everything works as promised. I have one issue with the device. When I connect it to my laptop via USB I lose my internet connection. This occurs whether I'm on wireless or using a wired network. I'd appreciate any advice people have on how to fix this.
