I am seriously considering buying this car, as I really need one and only have 1500$ to spend. I heard this type of car is fast and it looks good from the pic and description, but the only thing im woried about is that it has 220,000km on it. Ive heard that any car over 200,000km is junk but I dno.

What do you guys think?

you can get a decent older civic, accord or corolla for 1500bucks...and they can last pretty long. not a domestic hater...but most domestics, especially a geo isnt going to do very much for you after 100k miles..it'll just end up costing you more money to repair it.

i'm no car expert like some guys on here but from reading the link, i'd say take the bus and save up some more, you maybe paying a lot more on maintainence.

hmmm, how about a 1992 HYUNDAI SCOUPE? does that compare to a civic, accord or a corolla?

i TOTALLY agree with rip, but i'll take that a step further.

$1500 isnt gonna get you anywhere with ANY brand. UNLESS you REALLY "NEED" a car, or else take the bus, save up a lil more and go with something more decent.

Owning a car is more than 1500$ that you can spend.
Think of insurance, think of the gas, and think of the repairs for these 10 years + car.

If you really looking for a car at 1500$, get those 90 Civics...

You suck at reading threads.

Now... a Geo Storm isn't a bad choice, but there probably are plenty of better choices out there for $1500... do you need it now or can you take your time?
