V710 - I cant send/recieve pictures

I just bought a V710 (Alltel) off ebay and it works perfect... other than the fact when I try to send a picture (or video) or recieve one, I get "Message 42 Unable to Send" or unable to download. Also does this if I try to upload it to the online album. Little help here??
