Hi, just traded for a RAZR V3, for some reason it wont detect my HS-850 bluetooth headset, but the headset werks fine with my v620. However, the RAZR will connect with my pocket PC to exchange files.

any clue guys ?"

When you go into pairing, is it detecting the headset with the razr or saying no devices found?

It says no devices found. I tried many times, resset and cleared as well. Doesnt work.

any clues ?

Kevin, have you tried turning, both units off, for a while and then going through the pairing stage beginning with the headset frist, turn the headset on and wait for the continuous blue led (discovery mode) and then in the setting of the V3 connections and then scroll down to hands free, and then select [look for devices] and see if that comes up with the headset, and then select to bond (default code 0000) the 2 together?? hope this helps

Dang it! This is the same problem that I have, as I can connect it to my car but not to my headset, which works with other phones. Can you please tell me what you did or someone tell me what is meant by "merge"?
