Is this still the truth? If so, I should be eligible for an upgrade, how can I upgrade

Can someone reply to me here?

There is more to it than that and it may depend on what market you are in. You would have to be more than half way into a 2 YEAR contract and they may also look at your payment history.

There are several criteria used to determine Upgrade eligibility...one of which is average revenue. You are partly right--if you average $75/month for 3 months and are halfway through your current contract, you can get a STANDARD upgrade. But this applies to ANY line, not just FT hosts. The reason FT hosts are usually the only ones in the group to qualify, though, is that it is awfully hard to take a $9.99 line and get it up to over $75/month.

Payment history is also used, but usually only factors in if you have had too many suspends for non-payment. Just having late payments usually makes no difference.

Also, if you have had an "EXCEPTION" Upgrade in the last 2 years, you may not be eligible for ANY upgrade, regardless of your revenue.

Keep in mind that Upgrade criteria varies by market (for example, only certain markets can perform "EXCEPTION" Upgrades), and I am giving you some of the criteria for the NEW ENGLAND market.

It means this question should've been posted in the main forum. This subforum is, as it name implies, to discuss Cingular Agents and Employees issues only, not customer related issues.
