E398 - No incoming calls while charging?

I have an e398 with the v398 monsterpack and I have recently noticed that I don't get any incoming calls when I am charging my phone. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?
I get 4 bars of reception in the area that I charge the phone in, so it's not a reception issue.
Any help is appreciated, thank you!

So, prior to the modification, were you able to receive incoming calls while the phone was charging? Are calls to your phone going directly to voicemail or are they going to voicemail about 4 to 5 rings?

Yes, I used to get calls but now I do not. People who call me tell me that the calls are going directly to voicemail as if it were off.
