help! ringtones on 8100! not showing up!

when i go to put the ringtones on my 8100 they dont show up and when i try to access my ringtones after putting them on my phone it restarts! i can tell there there because if i go to the ringtone page, then load them and push play once there done i cna here them but they say the factory names! i have done this before succesfully but then i deleted them all and tried to add different ones and now i cant! is there any other progra to use besides bitpim??becuase i think thats my problem
