Transferring phonebook from Sidekick II to SDA?

Is there any way to transfer my contact list from my sidekick 2 to my SDA? I called T-mobile and they informed me that there was no way. I have a usb cable for each phone. Does anyone have any ideas?

If you've still got a Sidekick account, you can use the desktop sync to export al your contacts to Microsoft Outlook. Then you can sync Outlook contacts with your new SDA. That's how I got all my contacts in my phone.
