I want to know if any other stores do the things listed below....
*ROCCS (do you have a daily quota?) (outbound telemarketing program)
*Thank you letters
*Practice shops (on other reps)
We're being demanded to do more and more, but also focus on the customer. Well, it's hard to help a customer if your on the phone with another customer trying to sell a 2.99 text package.

However we ARE required to do ROCCS on our downtime (when there IS any)

hell yeah....
my boss is... well they call her little hitler in other locations.... i work out of a mall, so we always got customers but we have to spend half an hours a day ('cept sunday... thank god for that) on ROCCS calls... every night we have to submit thank you cards for all the customers we helped that day (NEW/UP/MIG/Features).... then we have to hand out flyers at our door... its so freakin crazy... like cant we have a minute to catch our breathe? yeah i did do 16 over the weekend and im PT but yeah.... I know what I need to do to make my numbers and I've already blown through them....
