Qualcomm QCP 1960 Prog HELP!!!

I am desperately trying to swap a newer Kyocera 2135 with an older QCP1960 ESN in order to make it work with MetroPCS. I'll appreciate if anybody could indicate me a place where it can be done, or eventually how it can be done.
