Razr (recalled) availability

I got my razr less than a month ago from Cingular (over the phone) and for a couple of weeks, I've called them and tried to get them to send me a new Razr ( mine cuts off once in a while), they apologize and tell me that they still don't have the new ones in stock, and that the 30 day warranty has been extended to 60 days, to keep waiting..... What is your opinion on this? Have you guys got a replacement from them? Talking to a supervisor hasn't helped!
Online they show like they are available.... ( I mentioned that to them, and they say that they work off different warehouses...)
What are your experiences?????

odd. in customer care, we got an email last week stating that they are available through all channels.
