Which Cingular phone has the following?

Which Cingular phone has BOTH Network Select and a Field Test Mode capable of showing the Channel, CID, etc? I'm not afraid of having to have the phone unlocked to use the features, but I require both. It also must be 800/1900 atleast, world not necessary. Thanks in advance!

it is capable on any mobile. Getting them done is a completely different story

Nokias are pretty easy to add that to. Contact Evan_Silbert or go to www.iUnlock.com, he can add it to almost any nokia. Or if you get an s60 one (6620, 6682, 7610, etc.) then it's as easy as downloading Celltrack, a free program. With my Cingular branded 6682 and a new 3G SIM card, i have manual network select. That would probably be your best bet.
