I looked for a similar thread but was not able to find it. I have a sony ericsson s710a, and i am currently on my 4th handset from cingular. i have been cursed with a series of defective handsets, i am fed up. what phone can cingular offer me to compensate for this annoyance? i got this phone back a few months ago when my old v400 was acting up. i had to send and resend the other v400's they gave me, so they sent me an s710a. now i am having to resend the s710's they've been giving me. here's my problem, i rely the on big screen for my lack of vision, and i need the edge and bluetooth that the phone currently has, what replacement can i ask for? what replacement do u think they'll send me?

Ask them about the Samsung D-307. It has Bluetooth, Edge, QWERTY keyboard, text to speech, and some other neat features. Explain your vision requirements to the CSR, and they should help you out. You can look at the Samsung on their web site http://www.samsung.com/Products/Mob..._D307MSACIN.asp
