Should I return this phone?

I upgraded my account and got a z520a shipped out to me. After I powered it on, the screen froze white. I had to take the battery out and restart it.

Then just now I was on a call to 611 and I hung the phone up by shutting it. However the phone didn't hang up, I could still hear the automated voice speaking. I opened the phone and the screen was frozen again and I had to remove the battery to end the call.

Okay, that's a stupid question, I should return the phone back, but am I going to have to send it to them first and then they'll send me a new one, or can they ship me a replacement and a prepaid label then I give them the defected phone?

They're closed now or else I'd just call and ask.

Otherwise, I really like the phone but the reception isn't as great as my Razr in my house, and my house is very spotty, so that's also another reason why I'm not sure if I should keep the phone or not. Decisions, decisions.

They will ship you another phone with a pre-adressed shipping label. When you receive your replacement phone, you will then ship them the defective phone.

How long ago did you get the new phone?? Where did you get it, online, store, through sales?
