the # 5 on my keypad doesnt light up, is this a hardware problem or can i just buy a new keypad and replace it? Thanks

try to take the keypad out and see if the actual phone's lights work...then let us know~

i took out the keypads and turned the phone on. it shows the 1 light on the left, and the 5 on the right. they're all lit up too. new keypad i guess?

Getting a new keypad shouldn't be too difficult. Have a look on eBay as roncito suggested since Nokia will definitely not have what you're looking for
