considering we're going nationwide activations, we'll be able to add/deleate features nationwide.

why dont we have a thread or sub forum for customers to ask us to add a feature?

hell itll help us increase our features as reps.

the only con id see would be if that person is from HQ.

might as well make it our online roccs in a way

Big No No by Cingular rules. Even if it was allowed who would administer this type of request? Who would be held responsible for a screw up? I can see a few problems giving out account numbers/Phone numbers over the web to a "Cingular Rep".

Maybe by PM if that person gives you their cell number and then you call them back in store when you add to confirm..

A couple of us were already doing this for quite awhile.

I remember ibclubbin and me did a couple of feature requests. Hell I even did an activation back in the day

But that was back in the at&t days so it's probably not a good idea now.
