Digitally Signed Message shows up blank

OK we now have all of our emails digitally signed and they are showing up blank on our blackberrys. We have 3 different models and 2 different carriers. Any ideas? We are not using BES, just the Blackberry web client pulling email from our exchange server using OWA.
