HELP! 7105t won't even start up!

Tried to use Yahoo messenger yesterday at the airport and since then the device won't even start up. it powers up but the hour glass just sits and rotates and nothing happens. left it on all night and still nothing, took the battery out for various amounts of time and nothing.... PLEASE HELP!
the ABC logo is stuck at the top right hand corner of the screen as well, can't get it off, can only hit shift but that's it.
