Cingular to become AT&T Wireless?

I had a Cingular rep come in the other day since I'm considering consolidating our Verizon wireless voice and T-Mobile Blackberry (data only) accounts/units. During our discussion, the rep said that Cingular will be going back to the AT&T Wireless name at the end of the year. Has anyone else heard anything about this?
