Can NAI be disabled on a MM-7500 ?

Yup, I'm trying to tether.

I moved from an PM-8200 to the MM-7500 and can't connect using #777 anymore and I'm looking for a solution. It sounds to me that if NAI can be disabled that I could use it again.

Any help would be apprecaited.

Thanks

Try ##3282# or ##040793#.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (MobilePhone MM-7500/US/1.0) NetFront/3.1 MMP/2.0)

Thanks for the reply. The first one gets into program mode but I do not see any place to turn it off.

I never used a 7500, but from other Sanyo's its generally under advanced or somewhere around there. Take a look around, it'll say user nai I think. If you have problems, LMK, i'll hook up a phone i'm not using and dig it up.

Looks like this model setup is different. The only reference to NAI in the menu is under Username. It gives option for Custom NAI or R-Link NAI. No options for turning it on or off though.

I have tried search after search to find a way to disable the NAI for the 7500. This tread is the closest I have come to it.

Has anyone been successful tethering with a MM-7500 ?

I tether with my mm7500 just fine using the Sprint Connection Manager.

Do you pay data charges ?

Did you do anything to the phone. I am getting error #678.

Seems like the Menu>Setting>"0" would fix it but no go.

Any ideas? Anyone?

I dont care about data charges.
