Not sure. I wish we had a way to look up codes and see what they are exactly. I have customers come in that have codes like "InternetXpress" for $6.99 and I have no idea what that includes or if the new media bundles will benefit them. And then there are those blackberry plans.. theres like 6 of em for $44.99

No explanation as to what the codes mean whatsoever.

I would call cust care/cna or tech but with my luck I'll get either

-the noob that knows nothing
or
-the elitist ******* who thinks nobody should know stuff like that and refuses to tell an agent what it is

DataConnectUnltd is the feature code for cingular's Laptop Connect. Typically $79.99/mnth, $59.99/mnth on the current promotion. I have no idea how you have it for $0 though.

For an aircard? Maybe I should buy an aircard

Its possible that its for someone who switches back and forth between a voice and data (phone to aircard and back) and its just an added feature rather than a regular plan?

It may also be a discount for businesses. Maybe fbdu means "for business data unlimited" (I know soc's arent acronyms, but sometimes, they can be)

Acronyms (In 4 years learned the following that might be useful) when looking at bill images.

UTOLT = Use them or Lose them
BM = Bonus Minutes (Reoccuring, new every month)
GDWL = Goodwill Airtime One time Use
AM = Non Rollover or Pooled Peak Airtime
FM or RM = Rollover Minute Banks
SPB = Special Bid Pricing
ODN = BMG Feature (kinda like special bid stuff for FANS)
CSDG = Dial Up (9600 BPS) Circuit Switched Data
IAF = TDMA Wap Gateway used for provisioning CSD capable phones
WIX = GPRS Feature Same as Wireless Inet Xpress
"EM" or "EMP" = Employee Features for ERP Accounts
"OU" = Official Use Features

APN002 - WAP.CINGULAR (For Regular Mobiles and Smartphones)
APN003 - Blackberry APN
APN004 - ISP.CINGULAR (Data Cards and PDA Connect )
APN016 - Xpressmail APN for those without WAP APN's Provisioned.

The Following are for rate plans built for GSM. This is a good indicator that a TDMA customer can keep there legacy plan when converting to GSM.

CRT = Rates Roaming Toll at Zero
ie..
CRT15 - Rates Roaming Toll at $.15 /Minute (for example)

same with

CHT
and
CHT15 but applicable for Long Distance.

... thats all I remember as of now.
