This is cool, first time I've seen one of these on the market.

- Enables wireless broadband network with 1xEV-DO PC card or phone*
- Supports high rates up to 2.4 Mbps (typical download speed of 400-700 Kpbs)
- Four Ethernet ports for wired connection
- 802.11b & g for wireless connection
- Advanced firewall and security control
- Easy configuration and set-up
- Smooth migration to future 1xEV-DO releases

Now that is a nice tool!

So long you don't plan on downloading 30GB a month and just planning to do some simple web surfing/emails... I am pretty sure it could save some people from having to pay for DSL & EvDO

Bell's EVDO is unlimited for $100 per month. This kind of device will change the broadband industry by adding more new competitors to the market. I hate Telus DSL and Shaw keeps on calling me to control my bandwith limits. It's time for a change.

LOL...

I would think Bell would enforce those limits too with the EvDO... I could be wrong...

Otherwise, it is not a bad deal!

I don't think it would be fair to impose limits when you are sharing a connection.

At least if there are limits, make them reasonable.
