Time for new every 2

It is almost time for my new every 2 and i have been wondering what phone to get. I have been debating either the E815 or the V3c. I have been doing a great deal of reading on this site to try to figure out which one I should get, finally I just decided to register and ask you guys.

Here is a short list of what I want in my new phone:
Durable: I am not easy on phones, my current SE47 has been a real champ and I dont foresee me getting any easier on my phones.
BT: and I must be able to get OBEX somehow, and sync it with my macs.
Reception.
Easy UI.
A battery that will last all day, other than that it doesnt matter.
The ability to use MP3 (or some other sound format that I can convert a MP3 into) as a ringtone.

I really just want to hear what everyone has to say about both phones, the guy at Verizon told me to stay away from the E815. Said he had one and ended up returning it 3 times, then he got the V3c and loves it. Another friend of mine hates his V3c, and returned it for a LG VX8100.

Razors tend to get old, really fast. I got bored of the "sleekness" in like a week.

Oh yeah, if you're like me and you drop your phone alot,(not on purpose, just lightly on grass and etc) don't get a razor. The small screen on mine no longer works, and I have battery life problems.

Thanks hellspar3, thats the kind of feed back im looking for. Anyone else having the same problems with the V3c? I try not to drop mine, but I have dropped mine in the past, I dropped the SE47 from 2 stories onto concret and after I duct taped the battery back in it worked fine, and that was over 6 months ago.

Any word on how durable the e815 is?
