Is there a phone out there with a dictionary where like, if you take a picture of a word with the camera, it will look through it's database and bring up the word and it's definition?

I wonder if there's one like that to take a picture of a Japanese kanji/word and maybe have it display how to read it/translate to english, although I'm pretty sure it doesn't exist....but it never hurts to ask...

nope, there are phones that can scan text, but not translations or definitions

If there were a phone that could do that that would be awesome.
