Removing Original "My Pictures" Slider

Wondering if there is a way to remove all the worthless photo's that came on my slider se47. When I try I get "This picture cannot be delete". I have the same ? about the ringtones also. These seem worthless as they don't include anything I ever want to use :P...
... These questions may have been asked before but I tried the search function and found nothing and I'm new to doing much with phones so maybe I just didn't understand wording in other threads also.

nope..they are there to stay. you can actually "see" the file using bitpim but if you delete anything all hell will break loose on ur phone. lol unfortionatly i know this from experience
