I can't seem to figure out the difference in these 2 product offerings. the free one for Symbian or the pay one called Opera Mobile.

they are both free.

there is Opera Mobile which downloads everything and then reformats them on the phone. this varies from being free (p910i as sonyerricson have already paid for it) to being having to pay yourself (some nokias)
then there is the new Opera Mini, this is a java app that runs through the Opera Proxy server, which does the reformatting for you and then sends the formated infomation to your phone.
this uses less gprs, but gives you less flexibilty

I think I have the opera mobile. but I'll give the mini a try because sometimes I just get squares for web pages like google.com
